FINE ARTS STUDENTS ARE GIVING A NEW LOOK TO AYODHYA

Preety Pandey, a student of Fine Arts from Varanasi, was very happy when she came to know that she would get a chance to visit Ayodhya.

In this special project, Preety along with her colleagues is painting pictures related to the story of Lord Rama along the highway built in Ayodhya.

Taking the risk amid the movement of high-speed vehicles on highway and harsh weather, Preety is dedicated to the service of Lord Rama.

Another student, Shraddha Dwivedi, said the story of Lord Rama begins with the 'Putreshti Yajna', which was performed by Maharaja Dasharatha at Makhauda Dham before birth of Lord Rama.

Till the Uttara Kanda of Ramayana, the story is being depicted on the walls.

"All of us are drawing pictures of 'Ram Katha' on the high walls through a ladder and a high stand. The work is definitely risky but we are very happy to do this holy work," said Dwivedi.

AYODHYA’S PICTURE TO CHANGE IN A FEW MONTHS

In order to give a new look to the holy city of Ayodhya, several plans to portray the story of Lord Rama on the walls of the city and highway are also going on these days.
