Hyderabad (Telangana): YSR Telangana Party president YS Sharmila announced here that she would commence Praja Prasthanam Padayatra from Oct. 20. The main agenda of the padayatra is to demand the Telangana government to solve the unemployment problem in the state.
The padayatra will commence from Chevella in Ranga Reddy district and will end in Chevalla and the duration of the event is one year excluding GHMC limits. They will cover all 90 constituencies excluding Hyderabad city limits.
Giving away statistics, Sharmila said that 7,000 people died by suicide due to unemployment in Telangana under KCR's rule. The Chief Minister has cheated all the religions and castes. Attacks on scheduled castes and tribes increased by 800 per cent while the attack on women increased by 300 per cent. In the same way, the number of wine shops in the state also increased, she pointed out.
The main aim of padayatra is to fight against all these social problems in Telangana. She also flayed BJP and Congress parties in the state. Sharmila also said that she is going to fast every Tuesday for the welfare of Telangana.
