Hyderabad: The e-Vote app designed with advanced technology using Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence will allow people to vote from home without having to go to polling stations. Voters can register through the app and exercise their franchise. With this, anyone in the country will have the opportunity to vote from anywhere. Mainly soldiers, who are on duty in different areas, the elderly, physically challenged, who do not come to the polling stations, including others, will have the opportunity to vote with the e-Voting system.
Registration process
The voting process ends in two methods through the e-Vote app. The first is registration, the second is voting. Those who want to vote through this procedure must first download the app. Then the voter identification card number, Aadhaar details must be entered. Take a live photo and upload it through the same mobile. The app checks the latest photo with the photo on the voter ID card and confirms. The photos are matched with image processing technology. OTP certification is required prior to the determination of all legitimacy. When all details are correct then the registration process is complete.
Vote through app
The registration process is available after the issuance of the election notification. Those who have done e-Registration can cast their vote through the app on polling day. Registration details must be entered before voting. The photo taken at the time of registration is compared to the photos taken before the vote and it is determined that it is the same person, then the ballot paper will be displayed. you have to vote. After the vote, who the voter has voted for is displayed on the screen in the form of a Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) and that concludes the voting process.
Voting chance with live photo only
After registering for e-Voting, it is not possible to go to the polling station and cast your vote. You will have the opportunity to vote if confirmed with a live photo. Only two family members will be able to vote with one mobile phone. One phone number and one mobile are required for registration and voting. It seems that various states have shown interest in the e-Vote app, which was jointly developed by the State Election Commission and the IT department. The e-App was designed with many security factors in mind and it will be used experimentally in some places at first. Prior to that, political parties will be informed about the e-App in order to know their views about the app.
