NIA produced two accused in Nampally Court in Darbhanga blast case

NIA officials have produced two accused in the Bihar Darbhanga blast case in Nampally Court in Hyderabad. After that, they were moved to Delhi on a transit warrant. There is a possibility to produce the duo in NIA Court. Both accused will be taken into custody and questioned for further investigation.

Hyderabad: NIA officials have produced two accused in the Bihar Darbhanga blast case in Nampally Court in Hyderabad. After that, they were moved to Delhi on a transit warrant. There is a possibility to produce the duo in NIA Court. Both accused will be taken into custody and questioned for further investigation.

The NIA is conducting an in-depth investigation in the Darbhanga blast case. They found that younger brother Nasir Malik had returned to his hometown in Uttar Pradesh a few months before the incident. It is suspected that the blast planned at the time. He learned how to make IEDs.

In the past, Nasir visited Pakistan, where he learned how to conduct IED blasts and which places to select for the bomb blasts. A few days before the incident, it was revealed that Lashkar-e-Toiba had held talks with the brothers in their code language. The investigation revealed that some of the long-distance trains were selected and targeted including the Secunderabad-Darbhanga Express train. They managed to figure out how to move the parcel in advance and then executed the plan properly.

The accused Malik brothers from Uttar Pradesh came to Hyderabad with their mother six years ago. They lived in an apartment in Mallepally and sell clothes on the footpath. They were told by the owner of the house to come to Hyderabad to treat their sick mother.

They were waiting for Lashkar-e-Toiba orders to carry out massive explosions on the 15th of last month. First, the IED solution was prepared at home and put between the clothes and then sent to Darbhanga under the name of Sufian at Secunderabad Railway Station ‌Parcel ‌Counter.

Locals are surprised about the matter as searches conducted in Mallepally as part of the NIA investigation. Locals said that they never had any suspicion on the two brothers, who were in the clothing business and thought they were poor.
