Hyderabad (Telangana): A three-day-old infant who was about to be buried by her own grandparents was rescued by the police from the area of Jubilee Bus Station (JBS) in Telangana's Secunderabad.
The incident took place on Friday morning when the baby was taken by the family to their hometown at Karimnagar in Telangana, police said.
Police have arrested the accused of allegedly tried to bury the infant and rescued the baby girl.

After being rescued the baby was rushed to the Gandhi Hospital, said police.
Police further said, during the investigation, it has been revealed that the baby was diagnosed with the urine-related disease.
After being diagnosed the infant was taken to various hospitals of the city for treatment but none of the hospitals explained the cure to the disease, police added.
After being disappointed with all the hospitals the family was returning to their home when they had noticed that the baby was not responding which led them to take the extreme attempt.
Meanwhile, further investigation is under way.
