Chennai: A Kollywood actress has made sensational complaints of rape, forced abortions, life threats and blackmail against former AIADMK minister Dr M. Manikandan today.
The actress came along with her lawyers to the Chennai Police Commissioner's Office today and lodged a formal complaint against the former minister.

The actress has levelled allegations like of forcing her to undergo abortion thrice along with several instances of brutal rapes, blackmail and life threats against the former lawmaker.
"Initially when I was working at the Malaysian embassy, the former IT minister and MLA Manikandan introduced himself to me through a common friend."
"He started creating sympathy over his unhappy married life and we both developed feelings for each other. When he promised that he will marry me, we started living together.
"And now the scenario has changed upside down. He is even making death threats and blackmailing me with some of my private photos," she said.
