Jaipur: The Rajasthan Police on Friday arrested a youth for reportedly threatening to blow up the Chief Minister's residence.
According to reports, a phone call was made to the Police Control Room at around 10.30 this morning. A youth had threatened to blow up the Chief Minister's residence.
Following the phone call, security was beefed up at Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's residence.
Subsequently, using surveillance techniques, the police traced the call to a youngster from Jamwaramgarh's Papar village.
The Kanota police then arrested the accused identified as Lokesh, who is currently being questioned.
