Tuberculosis patient resorts to begging for treatment in Rajasthan

A tuberculosis patient admitted to SRG hospital in Jhalawar was seen begging on the streets on a stretcher with an oxygen cylinder. He said that he has been admitted in the hospital for the last eight months and requires money for his treatment.

Kota (Rajasthan): In a shocking incident, a patient admitted to SRG hospital in Jhalawar was roaming on the streets on a stretcher with an oxygen cylinder in order to raise money for his treatment.

A resident of Pidava in Rajasthan's Jhalawar, Dinesh has been admitted in the Tuberculosis ward of the hospital for the last eight months.

The patient informed that he required money for his treatment due to which he came out on the streets.

This raised several questions on the security arrangements of the hospital as the authorities were unaware of this incident.

Later, a policeman named Ravi Dubey came to his help, provided him money and sent him back to the hospital.
