Rajasthan police officer, friend drown while bathing in river

A police officer and his friend drowned Luni River in Rajsthan's Balotara town. The two deceased are identified as Assistant Sub-Inspector Kanaram Bhil (32) and his friend Sitaram Meghwal (35).

Barmer (Rajasthan): A police officer and his friend drowned while bathing in the Luni river in Balotara town today.

Assistant Sub-Inspector Kanaram Bhil (32) and his friend Sitaram Meghwal (35) were bathing in the river when they slipped into deep waters.

Bhil was posted at Police Lines Barmer and he had gone to Balotara town for personal work.

The police said, "The bodies were handed over to family members after post mortem."

लुणी नदी में नहाने उतरे दो की मौत उनमें एक पुलिस एएसआई भी

बालोतरा- शनिवार को उपखण्ड क्षेत्र के बालोतरा में लूनी नदी में एक पुलिस एएसआई कानाराम और उसका साथी पानी में तैरने के लिए नदी में उतरे थे ।लेकिन पानी गहरा होने से अचानक की पैर फिसलने से दोनों का बैलेंस बिगड़ गया और दोनों ही नदी के पानी में डूब गए और दोनों की मौत हो गई । उसके बाद आसपास के लोगों में हाहाकार मच गया आनन-फानन में पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची दोनों को बचाने के लिए रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन शुरू किया गया । करीब एक दर्जन पानी में तैराको को पानी में उतारा गया। लेकिन जब तक पानी में तेराको ने उनको बाहर निकाला तब तक बहुत देर हो चुकी थी। दोनों पानी के अंदर डूब गए ।उसके बाद एक के बाद एक दोनों के शव को पानी से निकाला गया। जहां पर डॉक्टरों ने उन्होंने मृतक घोषित किया गया । Body:घटना के बाद चारों तरफ मातम का माहौल है वहीं एएसआई की डूबने से मौत से पुलिस महकमे में भी जबरदस्त मातम का माहौल है । करीब 1 घंटे की मशक्कत के बाद दोनों के शवों को बाहर निकाला गया। पुलिस के अनुसार एएसआई कानाराम और सीताराम दोनों की पानी में डूबने से मौत हो गई। दोनों के शवों को बालोतरा अस्पताल की मोर्चरी में रखवाया गया है ।जहां पर लोगों का भारी भीड़ का जमावड़ा है। वहीं घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही लूनी नदी के आसपास भारी भीड़ रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन को देखने के लिए उमरी वहीं घटना के बाद पुलिस ने लूनी नदी के आसपास सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी गई है वहीं लूनी नदी के आस-पास किसी को जाने नहीं दिया जा रहा है।
