Jaipur: Amid all the political drama going on between Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot camps in Rajasthan, some prominent BJP leaders have remained silent and had not made any move to benefit from the crisis.
Though BJP came into power after toppling incumbent Congress governments in Karnataka and Rajasthan the party has not made any move in Rajasthan.
The leaders who maintained silence amid the Rajasthan political crisis:
Vasundhara Raje
Former Chief Minister and BJP's national vice-president Vasundhara Raje, who is presently at her Dholpur residence, has maintained a conspicuous silence over the entire political crisis in the state. She has once or twice expressed her views on social media platform Twitter regarding the situation in the state.
Om Prakash Mathur
Former BJP's state president and MP Om Prakash Mathur has preferred to remain silent over the ongoing political tussle in the state. Initially, he stayed in Jaipur for two days and even visited BJP headquarters to discuss the political situation with the party leaders. He also tweeted on the entire incidents but he maintained silence after the Raj Bhavan scenario.
Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore
MP Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore was seen at the Raj Bhavan on Saturday with the party leaders after the current political developments. Though he tweets on social media platforms, he has been not seen attending the organisational meetings of the party.
Ashok Parnami
Ashok Parnami, who took charge of the BJP state president during the tenure of former CM Vasundhara Raje has not reacted to the political developments in the state. Though Mahesh went to give a memorandum with the state leaders on Saturday to the Raj Bhavan but has sidelined himself from the organisational meetings of the party.
Other BJP MLAs includes Kalicharan Saraf, Ashok Lohoti, Narpat Singh Rajvi and Nirmal Kumawat who maintained conspicuous silence and avoided to give a statement regarding the matter.
Meanwhile, BJP state president Satish Poonia, union minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, leader of opposition Gulabchand Kataria and Rajendra Rathore, state organization general secretary Chandrashekhar and RLP convenor Hanuman Beniwal have been actively voicing against the Congress government in the state.
