Jaipur: A 36-year-old man, suspected of spying for Pakistan, was arrested by the security officials near the International Border in Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan.
The person was identified as - Nawab Khan, a local residing in Sam area. Preliminary investigation revealed that Khan was involved in espionage activities and was working as a jeep driver. Additional Director General (Intelligence) Umesh Mishra said that, Khan used to share the 'coded' information to his handlers in Pakistan through WhatsApp, in lieu of money.

Mishra also said that Khan had visited Pakistan, last year, during which he reportedly came in touch with an agent of Pakistan's ISI. The latter trained him and assigned him the task of collecting and sharing information related to Army movement.
He was arrested after being interrogated by a joint team of security agencies.
