Jaipur: Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala on Monday claimed that his party's government is stable in Rajasthan and that no amount of conspiracy by BJP will be successful in toppling it in the state.
Surjewala held a press conference in Jaipur along with Rajasthan Congress in-charge, Avinash Pandey and Congress leader Ajay Maken.
"Congress government is stable in Rajasthan. No amount of conspiracy by the Bharatiya Janata Party can make it collapse, it will complete its 5-year term in the state," he said.
Surjewala further appealed to all Congress MLAs to take part in the Legislative Party meeting to be held today.
"I appeal to all Congress MLAs that people have voted for Congress to lead a stable government in the state, so all MLAs should take part in the Congress Legislative Party meeting today and make our government in the state stronger," he said.
Over questions of contact with Sachin Pilot, he said that the Congress leadership has spoken to him several times during the last 48 hours. The conversations were focussed on the present political situation in Rajasthan.

Referring to the Congress party as a family, Surjewala said that the party is open to conversation. He said that any problem that arises within a family must be solved inside the family.
"Congress is open to conversation. There have been issues in the past and they have been dealt with. Any problem that arises within a family must be addressed in the family," he said, adding that "If anyone, be at any post or profile, has any problem, they must come forward and mention the issue on the party forum. We will work to resolve it together and keep our government intact in the state."
The Rajasthan Congress is in turmoil over the past few days. While Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has blamed the BJP for attempting to destabilise the State government by poaching MLAs, Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot has been camping in Delhi to speak to the party leadership regarding the political turmoil in the State.
A controversy broke out in Rajasthan after Special Operation Group (SOG) sent a notice to Pilot to record his statement in the case registered by SOG in the alleged poaching of Congress MLAs in the State.
