Bharatpur (Rajasthan): A woman, mother of two girls, was tortured to death by a tantrik in Kumher police station area here on Wednesday. The woman, who was married to one Parvesh in the year of 2008, was left alone at the place of the tantrik for "treatment" to conceive a male child.

Identified as Poonam, the deceased had two girls but her husband, who wanted a male child, contacted the tantrik.
The Tantrik asked Parvesh to leave his wife with him for ten days and the woman died eventually as she could not bear the torture.
The marks on her body clearly show the cruelty of the tantrik. Meanwhile, the deceased's brother lodged an FIR in the case.
