Hindaun (Rajasthan): The agitation by Gujjar community over the reservation issue is scheduled to begin from the martyr site at Pilupura on Sunday.

The announcement for the same was made two days ago by the convener of the Gurjar Reservation Conflict Committee, Colonel Kirori Singh Bainsla at a press conference at his home where he said that the government has not acceded to any of their demands, hence, leaving them with no option but protest.

He added that despite giving 15 days time, the government did not pay heed. Bainsla had urged the people of Most Backward Class (MBC) society to gather at the martyr site of Pilupura at 10 am on Sunday where the strategy of the protest will be discussed.

However, there seems to be a divide in the Gurjars with a delegation of 40 members of the Bayern region leaving for talks with the government on Friday. Responding to the news, Bainsla said that he has to work to meet the demands of society and is not concerned if anyone stays or goes.
