Pratapgarh (Rajasthan): Four people including two women and one police officer were killed after the car they were travelling in collided with a truck in Rajasthan's Pratapgarh.
The incident took place near Padaliya village on NH-113 Pratapgarh-Banswara road.
One among the four deceased is identified as Circle Inspector Banswara, Akhilesh Singh.
The police officials reached the spot and took the injured to hospital where they were declared brought dead.

After the accident, the driver of the truck escaped from the spot.
Police have recovered a bottle of liquor and some cold drinks from the car.
According to the sources, the inspector and his companions were drunk at the time of the incident.
Further investigation into the matter is underway.
