Congress party spokesperson, Randeep Singh Surjewala on Thursday tweeted a video of the party chief, Rahul Gandhi driving a tractor along with Punjab Chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh, Ludhiana party candidate Ravneet Singh Bittu and Congress leader Asha Kumari.

Ludhiana: Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi drove a tractor along with Punjab Chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh, Ludhiana party candidate Ravneet Singh Bittu and Congress leader Asha Kumari seated on both sides.

Congress party spokesperson, Randeep Singh Surjewala tweeted the video with the caption, "Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan, Jai Hindustan".

The tweet comes just before the final phase of the Lok Sabha election when all the seats in Punjab will go to polls on May 19.

Keeping farmers' distress as its key issues, Congress has repeatedly criticised the ruling government for its efficiency in dealing with farmers' issues.

Also, the Congress after winning the assembly elections in the states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh has even now kept the farmers' issue at the forefront.

On the other hand, PM Narendra Modi has also time and again accused Amarinder Singh of not doing enough for the farmers' of his states.
