Chandigarh (Punjab) : Chandigarh University MMS case reached Punjab Haryana High Court on Wednesday. A lawyer of the High Court demanded to hand over the investigation of the case to the CBI. Hearing in few days.
It is alleged that both the university administration and the Punjab government have failed to ensure the safety of the girls, causing a lot of fear among the students. The investigation of the case should be handed over to the CBI so that the truth can come out.
