Nayagarh: Twenty-four tourists sustained injuries when the bus they were travelling in overturned near Dimirijhari under Nuagaon police limits in Odisha’s Nayagarh district, late last night.
According to reports, the ill-fated vehicle carrying 45 passengers of Chhattisgarh met with an accident while they were returning from a trip to Srimandir in Puri. A wheel of the bus came off from the axle following which the vehicle turned turtle.

On being informed about the mishap, police and fire service personnel reached the spot, rescued the victims and rushed them to the District Headquarters Hospital. Condition of seven of them was stated to be critical.
