Passion for metals, man uses silver mask in Maharashtra

Shekhar Surve, a resident of Ratnagiri, who has a passion for precious metals, is using mask made of silver to avoid Corona infection. It costed him Rs. 4,000 and the weight of this silver mask is 60 grams. He is the first person to wear such type of a metal mask.

Ratnagiri (Maharashtra): People don’t care about money when it comes to fulfill their hobby. A Ratnagiri man has set a perfect example of this. He is using mask made of silver to avoid Corona infection.

Now, his silver mask has become talk of the town. Corona virus is creating havoc in the country with count of COVID-19 cases risen to over ten thousand. Everybody is taking precautions to avoid Corona infection by wearing masks such as N95, designer make or some people are wearing very simple masks.

But, Shekhar Surve, a resident of Ratnagiri has preferred to wear mask made of Silver. He lives in Mandvi in Ratnagiri and has huge passion for precious metals.

When he saw a silver mask on mobile, he asked a jeweller in Kolhapur to prepare exactly the same mask.

It costed him Rs. 4,000 and the weight of this silver mask is 60 grams.

He is the first person to wear such type of a metal mask.

He said that it is just for his passion for precious metals, that he has asked the jeweler to make a silver mask. He had earlier bought a replica of cricket world cup made of silver.
