Mumbai: A Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) bus caught fire near Maheshwari Udyan in Matunga in Mumbai on Wednesday afternoon.
According to reports, the fire broke out at around 4:15 pm when it was ferrying commuters from Mulund to Worli.

The bus driver alerted the conductor and passengers when he saw smoke coming from the engine and evacuated all the passengers on time.
The fire brigade is dousing the blaze.
