Jalgaon: A 19-year old youth and his juvenile partner was arrested by Jalgaon police on Friday in connection with looting Rs 50 lakh from a house in Tamil Nadu.
Both the accused were house help in Mohankumar Jagathagi's residence in Salem.
After committing theft they tried to flee to their native place in Rajasthan.

One of the accused has been identified as Mangalram Asuram Bishnoi from Khadali village in the Barmer district.
With a joint effort of Tamil Nadu police and Jalgaon District Superintendent of Police Dr Praveen Mundhe, a trap was set to nab the accused as it was assumed that the two will possibly travel by Chennai-Ahmedabad Navjeevan Express on May 20.

A team from the local crime branch nabbed the accused between Malkapur and Jalgaon and seized nearly Rs 38 lakh from their possession.
Both of them have been handed over to the Tamil Nadu police and further investigation is underway.
