Singh alleged that a criminal conspiracy has been fabricated to frame him after he complained against the former state minister Anil Deshmukh.
Terming the enquiries as 'witch hunt' and 'vendetta', Singh in his petition to the apex court alleged that there is a threat of hosting multiple enquiries against him unless he withdraws the complaints against Deshmukh.
