Malegaon (Maharashtra): During this corona epidemic, an officer reassuring the people by preaching to them the teachings of Islam, referring to the life and trials of the prophets, may sound surprising, but it is true. This officer is Sunil Kadasne, who is currently posted as a special officer in city of powerloom, Malegaon, also called the Manchester of Maharashtra, due to the corona epidemic.
Since the city is a hotspot for the coronavirus epidemic, and has been placed on the Red Zone list, the government is working to create awareness among the people and include them in the nationwide front against the Corona crisis. This is the reason for which the govt has posted him here.
Sunil Kadasne has earlier served in the same city in the year 2014 as Additional Superintendent of Police. Even then, he was known for his good governance of the city and the establishing good relations between the police and the people. As the number of coronavirus cases in the city is increasing, Kadasne said that he is here to understand and help others understand and enforce the rules of social distancing and precautionary measures, in order to save the people who are in the grips of poverty and backwardness from the coronavirus.
