Mumbai: The Maratha youth in Maharashtra are quite unhappy after the Supreme court refused to lift the interim stay on the Maratha reservation and posted the next hearing for January 25.
The students are demanding that the state government should interfere and find a solution in this matter as they cannot wait till January 25. However, a group of students is labelling this as a failure of the state government saying that they're not presenting the matter in court as willingly and strongly as they should.
Coordinator of Sakal Maratha Morcha Dilip Patil said that the state government is conspiring against Maratha community. 'They (govt) will give all the jobs to other caste candidates and then only they'll focus on Maratha issue," he said.
