The name of the youth who makes the 'Flying Dosa' is Shiv Sharma. When we interacted with him, he said that after the lockdown was lifted he started to make the Flying Dosa. "Initially, I used to throw the dosa in the air at a very less height but now my Dosa goes high into the air," he said.

"People also like my experiment. Now they have given me a nickname as Junior Rajnikant. As actor Rajnikant mesmerizes spectators by his unique styles, people see in me such styles as I make the Flying Dosa. Even many people especially demand the Flying Dosa and it gives me new energy and enthusiasm. I like my job. I originally hail from Uttar Pradesh and a South Indian cook has taught me the recipe. I can now make the best Dosa," Sharma said.
