Aurangabad (Maharashtra): In a positive move, the ZP Aurangabad had passed a resolution over the salary deduction of ZP Employees who are not taking care of their parents.
The employees who did not take care of parents' their salaries would be deducted by 30 per cent. ZP president Meena Shelke had put the resolution in a meeting. The resolution was passed unanimously. This resolution has been sent to the state government for approval now.
The move is considered as a warning for the employees who are not taking care of parents.
The decision was taken after complaints from parents, said Meena Shelke. I heard many complaints from parents of employees, so I decided to take action on it, she said.
The deducted salary will be credited to the accounts of their parents. This will help to improve the situation, she said.
