Indore (MP): Ahead of the two-Test series at home against Bangladesh, Indian skipper Virat Kohli was spotted playing gully cricket with kids during a shoot in Indore on Tuesday.
The video of the ad shoot, which has now gone viral, shows Kohli wearing a checked shirt and jeans and having fun with the children. The Indian captain can be seen taking throwdowns from kids in a residential society in Shreeji Valley Bicholi area of the city.
The Indian team will be taking on the Bangla Tigers in a two-match Test series as part of the ongoing World Test Championship.
The first test of the series is scheduled to start from Thursday at the Holkar Stadium in Indore.
While both the India and Bangladesh teams reached Indore on Monday afternoon amid tight security, the Bangladesh team was directly taken to hotel Marriott from the airport and the Indian team reached Hotel Radisson. A huge crowd of fans were waiting outside the airport for a glimpse of their favourite cricketers.
Both Indian and Bangladeshi squads practised at the Holkar stadium here ahead of the test match. Fans had gathered at the venue in large numbers to catch a glimpse of their favourite cricketers.
