Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): A toddler died and 3 children were in critical condition on Sunday after being administered some vaccine at Lambod village in Ujjain district.

According to sources, the toddler was brought dead while the other three children were admitted to a local hospital.
Speaking on the issue, local MLA Mahesh Parmar said that he had visited the village and took note of the incident.
"I have spoken to the Ujjain Deputy Collector regarding this unfortunate incident. Tough action would be taken against those responsible for the incident after a thorough inquiry," added Parmar.
