MP man develops website to battle COVID-19

Madhya Pradesh software engineer developed a website to help Government of India win battle against deadly coronavirus.

Gwalior: A software engineer from Gwalior has succeeded in creating an online portal which will disseminate patient's information and people's ideas to government officials in order to fight COVID-19.

Kapil Gupta says that, his portal republicindia.in can send regular status of the COVID-19 patients to Health Ministry or even to the Prime Minister. It can also impart different ideas to the Government of India which will be furnished by the common people in this nationwide fight against deadly coronavirus.

Reportedly, a total of 12,000 suggestion has been sent to the government officials so far, some of which have also been acted upon.

"Ideas are priceless, usually we find people around us giving a lot of incredible ideas but their voices do not get heard. But through this portal any person can send their suggestion or ideas regarding COVID-19 to anybody in the ministry, one can even write to Chief Ministers, union ministers, any political party or even Prime Minister," kapil Gupta added.

Meanwhile the COVID-19 cases in Madhya Pradesh reached 104 on Sunday with 6 fatalities reported so far.
