Rajgarh (Madhya Pradesh): The MP government has issued a transfer order of a Municipal Employee, Sanjay Jat, who committed suicide 16-days ago. The state government has transferred him to Rajgarh Municipal Council after the Lokayukta had registered a case on Sanjay Jat for taking a bribe of Rs 3000.

Sanjay Jat was blackmailed by some people, due to which he hanged himself. But surprisingly, after 16 days of his demise, he has been transferred by the MP government. Deputy Secretary, Urban and Housing Department, Tarun Rathi has issued the order, raising concern about his conduct.

On March 26, the Lokayukta police arrested Sanjay Jat, posted in Biaora, for taking a bribe of Rs 3000. Sanjay Jat was also blackmailed by journalist Ishtayak Nabi, Giriraj Kasera, and Rajat Kasera. Because of the constant harassment, Sanjay Jat committed suicide by hanging himself on August 14. Since the death of Sanjay Jat, the blackmailers - Giriraj Kasera and Rajat Kasera are lodged in jail, while the police are actively searching for journalist Ishtayaq Nabi and complainant Bhagirath Jatav.
