Sagar: While the date of the by-elections in the 28 seats of the state has not been decided, Madhya Pradesh's political corridors have intensified with the candidates starting the election campaigns.
Both parties have started their electoral preparations at various levels. Meanwhile, a video of activists campaigning for a BJP candidate Govind Singh Rajput is going viral where the activists can be seen gifting an elderly woman a poster of god and appealing to vote for BJP.
The activists are telling the elderly woman that the photo printed on it is of the BJP candidate Govind Singh Rajput and the lotus flower is BJP's election symbol and of Modi.

They further tell her that the work of building Ram temple has started and if she votes for BJP, it will take only one minute and she will earn good karma.
Commenting on the viral video, former minister Surendra Chaudhary, acting president of Congress said that the people of the state are done with the Shivraj Singh government.
He said that the CM and his candidates are well aware that the public will no longer vote for them and hence they are no longer working but seeking votes from the people using Lord Ram's name.
Chaudhary also demanded the State Election Commission and the Election Commission of India to look into the video and take action.
