Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) : The mangoes which were grown in a foreign land are now being grown in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. For this, a favourable environment is required. But the biggest thing is that a dozen foreign breeds of ferocious dogs, CCTV cameras and security guards have been deployed to protect these delicious fruit crops.
You must be wondering why so much VVIP security for these mangoes. Farmer Sankalp Singh Parihar of Hinauta village near Jabalpur says that he grows over eight foreign breeds that are brought from Nepal, Japan, China and America and they are worth lakhs in the international market. Last time, thefts took place due to lapses in security.
So, a dozen dreaded German Shepherd dogs, CCTV cameras and 4 security guards have been deployed to protect the mangoes around the clock. Sankalp Singh Parihar says that 24 varieties of trees, including eight foreign varieties of mangoes, have been planted in his Shri Mahakaleshwar Hybrid Farmhouse. The most special mango in this is the Miyazaki mango.
Talking to ETV Bharat, Sankalp Singh said that the price of Miyazaki mango is two lakh seventy thousand rupees per kg in the international market. Apart from this, Jumbo Green Mango is also known as Talala Gir Keshar Mango. Along with that, Japanese brinjal, Taiyo no Tamango, which is also known as Miyazaki mango and EGG of SUN ie Sun's egg, is famous by the name the Miyazaki City of Japan.

The plantation owner further said that they have got Kesar Almond Mango from Nepal, Ivory ivory from China, Mangifera 'Tommy' native to Florida, USA Atkins also known as Black Mango. Along with this, along with eight international mango varieties, more than two dozen Indian mango varieties have been planted in this garden.
These precious mangoes are now given no less than Z plus security. The Miyazaki mango of Japan is known as the most expensive mango in the world. It is grown only in the Miyazaki province of Japan, after which it is also named Miyazaki. Because of the price in lakhs, it is auctioned in Japan. Whose price in Indian rupees is 2 lakh 70 thousand rupees.
Along with this, the biggest thing is the "Ivory" found in China also known as ivory and 2KG mango. The average weight of this mango ranges from 2 to 3 kg. Many times even up to 4 kg have been seen in the common market. These mangoes are one foot to one and a half feet long. Its trees start blooming in the month of January itself and the fruits are ready by the end of June. The weight of their kernels also ranges from 100 to 200 grams. It is bigger than other mangoes and looks different. That's why rich families are also ready to pay a high price for this mango.
Sankalp Singh Parihar said that these mango fruits are like children to him. This is the reason why he has appealed to the people coming to the garden to see the Black Mango, Jumbo Green and 'Miyazaki, Mango' and take selfies with them but not touch them. They say that this mango is very delicate and breaks only with a slight push. That's why Sankalp Singh has requested people not to touch it.
