Morena (Madhya Pradesh): Two groups of farmers clashed following a dispute at Padavali Society, Morena Agricultural Produce Market Complex resulting in firing. One farmer, who was injured in the incident, is undergoing treatment at the hospital.
Farmers from Ganjrampur village started arguing with Vijendra Gurjar of Padwali village about the use of electric forklift scale for weighing millet. Supporters of Vijendra Singh allegedly opened fire.
On receiving information, SDM RS Bakna and Kotwali police immediately reached the spot but the accused managed to escape. Based on a complaint filed by Golu Sharma, police have registered a case against Vijender Gurjar and others. As per his complaint, around 10 to 12 bullets were fired in the air.
ASP Hansraj Singh said that investigation is underway.
