Blind family denied Aadhaar card in UP

A family of four people could not avail to any government schemes and benefits as they do not have Aadhar cards. The family have gone from pillar to post asking for help from various officials but to no avail.

Chitrakoot: A blind family of four were denied Aadhaar cards in Sukhrampur village of Chitrakoot district.

According to Ramsharan, head of the family, said that they could not avail many government schemes and benefits as they did not have Adhaar cards.

Talking to ETV Bharat, Ramsharan said, "Whenever we go to the Aadhaar Card Enrollment Center we are told that since we are blind the scanning cannot be done for the card."

Worse, the family even does not own a ration card.

The Ramsharans have gone from pillar to post asking for help from various officials but to no avail.

When ETV Bharat took Ramsharan's story to the block development officer Sher Bahadur, he assured to look into the matter. He said, "I was not aware of this matter since I took over just two months ago. I will try to help the family as soon as possible. The eligible family will definitely get the benefit of all the schemes."

Intro:एंकर- जिला चित्रकूट का गांव चुरेह का मजरा सुखरामपुर के एक छोटे से टूट कच्चे घर में रहता है एक ऐसा परिवार जो पूरी तरह से दिव्यांग है इस परिवार में-अपनी आँखों से दिव्यांग पत्नी गीता और बूढ़ी मां वो भी आँखों से दिव्यांग है ।आँखों से ही दिव्यांग पिता की मृत हुए लगभग 2 वर्ष ट्रेन की चपेट में होने से हो गई थी।
रामशरण का कहना है कि मुझे अभी तक कोई भी सरकारी सुविधाये नही मिली है चाहे सरकार द्वारा पेंशन की योजना हो या शौचालय और आवास योजना का लाभ ।रामशरण के अनुसार कई बार उसका परिवार उच्च अधिकारियों से अपनी गुहार लगा चुके है अधिकारियों ने हमेशा खाली हाथ ही लौटाया है।अधिकारियों ने हमेशा आधार कार्ड का रोना रोया है जोकि पूरे जनपद में कही भी आधार कार्ड नही बनता और जब बन भी रहे थे तो आधारकार्ड बनाने वाले कर्मचारियों ने भी पुलिस से धक्का दे कर भगा दिया कर्मचारियों ने कहा कि आप की आँख ही नही है तो आधारकार्ड में आँखों की स्केनिंग कैसे संभव है। जिसके कारण अब मैं सरकार की सभी योजना चाहे राशन कार्ड हो या उज्वला योजना सौचालय और आवास सभी योजना से वंचित है

Body:वीओ- सरकारे चाहे जितनी भी आम आदमी को सरकारी योजनाओं का जन जन तक पहुचाने की डिगे मारे पर जमीनी हकीकत में आम आदमी और लाचारों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ नही मिल पा रहा है।इसकी बानगी चित्रकूट के चुरेह के गांव के मजरे सुखरामपुर में देखने को मिल जाएगी ।रामशरण का पूरा परिवार आँखों से दिव्यांग है।और वो अपनी बूढ़ी मां और आंखों से दिव्यांग पत्नी गीता के साथ रह कर जीवन काट रहे है।थोड़ी सी खेती बटिया में देकर अपना जीवनयापन कर रहे हैं इन्हें आज तक कोई सरकारी सुविधाए नही मिली है।टूटे कच्चे मकान में घर की गृहस्थी के नाम पर कुछ पुराने बर्तन और एक खाट में पड़े गंन्दे पुराने बिस्तर के अलावा कुछ नही है।रामशरण और उसकी पत्नी का कहना है पहले हम अकेले थे पर अब हमारे जीवन मे एक आशा की किरण मेरी ढाई साल की बेटी है।हम जैसे जीवन काट रहे है ऐसा मेरी बेटी को काटना न पड़े इस लिए हम लोग दर-दर की ठोकरे खा रहे हैं।और अधिकारियों से मिल रहे हैं।मेरी सास ने भी कई बार अधिकारियों दफ्तरों की चक्कर काटे पर नतीजा सिफर रहा है।रामशरण की आँखों से दिव्यांग मां परिवार का हाथ बताने के लिए जंगल से लकड़ी चुन कर लाती है क्यू की गैस का कनेकशन नही है।वही रामशरण आँखों से दिव्यांग होने के बाद भी अपनी पत्नी का घरो के कामो में हाथ बटाता है दृश्य और भी मार्मिक हो गया जब प्यास से बच्ची रोने लगी और रामशरण दौड़ कर गिरता पड़ता पानी भरकर अपनी रोती बच्ची के मुँह में पानी का गिलास लगता है और फिर पास बैठी पत्नी की ओर गिलास देकर पानी पीने को कहता है ।
क्या इन बेसहारा लोगो की पुकार नींद में सोए प्रशासन तक पहुच पाएगी।क्या रामशरण द्वारा मांगी योजनाओं का लाभ इस दिव्यांग परिवार को मिल सके गया
क्योकि जुम्मेदार अधिकारियों और उनके अधीनस्थों को यह पता ही नही की जिस काम के लिए उन्हें यहाँ नियुक्त किया गया है और इनके लिए नियुक्त किया गया है उन्हें यह अधिकारी जानते ही नही

Conclusion:सरकारों ने आधार कार्ड लोगो की सुविधाओं के लिए बनवाई थी ताकि लोगो का पूरा डेटा आधार कार्ड में मिल कई और कई दकुम3नट साथ ले कर न चलने पड़े पर अब यही आधारकार्ड लोगो के परेशानियों का सबब बन रहा ।
