Malappuram: A lot of digital content is being created during these COVID-19 times and this little teacher from Kerala has taken over the internet with her online classes.

Diya, the 6-year-old daughter of a primary school teacher used to observe her mother while teaching and one of the days when her mother fell ill, she filled in for her, taking online classes for Lower Kindergarten (LKG) students.

Ever since she started role-playing a Math teacher, the sessions have gone viral.

The first-grader at Ambalakkadavu AMLP School talks like a real teacher and emulates them so well that her videos have won hearts on social media. Some of the videos are hilarious, presenting just the right mix of entertainment and learning.

In one of the videos, Diya teaches her virtual students how to count using tomatoes and long beans which were available at home.

Viewers say Diya manages her classes like a trained teacher.

Her parents, Nusrath and Thahir and her teachers are stunned by the little wonder and it goes without saying that Diya aspires to be a teacher by profession.

With the pandemic disturbing everything, educational institutions have taken to online classes becoming the new normal for teachers and students.

However, not sure about the learning process, the online classes are fuelling memes on the internet like wildfires.
