Malappuram: Sana Rehman, a native of Malappuram district of Kerala, is enthralled by the response from non-other than Queen Elizabeth II, the monarch of the United Kingdom and Commonwealth realms.
On 8th September, Sana, reportedly wrote a letter to the Queen regarding the floods in Kerala and asked for support in providing aid and relief to the affected. It came as a surprise for this eight standard child, when she received a reply from the Buckingham palace in response to her letter.
Sana is an ardent fan of the Royal family and their charity works and this inspired her to write to the Queen herself seeking support. In her letter, the Queen reportedly expressed grief over the Kerala floods. The Royal family also expressed their support for the rehabilitation works in the state.
As per Queen's order, her Deputy Correspondent co-ordinator wrote a reply to Sana. Sana has written a letter to New Zealand Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern and is planning to write to Norway Prime Minister Erna Solberg.
