Thiruvananthapuram: The Supreme Court-appointed committee, led by former Supreme Court Judge D K Jain, constituted to probe the officers’ conspiracy in the infamous ISRO espionage case, continues the investigation in Thiruvananthapuram.
The Committee had a sitting at Thiruvananthapuram, on Monday. The collection of evidence, witness examinations and recording statements is being conducted here on Tuesday.
Nambi Narayanan, the former scientist in the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), is to appear before the committee to give his statement. On December 15, he had appeared before the Committee.
The Committee will also record the statements of the investigation officers in the ISRO espionage case; Sibi Mathews, former Inspector General of Police, K K Joshua and S Vijayan.
The Committee’s sitting is being held at the Conference Hall in the Kerala Secretariat Annexe in Thiruvananthapuram.
