Kollam (Kerala): Astonishingly, a hen grown in the house of Lizzie George, has been laying eggs above normal size. The eggs laid by Gramapriya breed hen weighs 176 grams.

The hen has been laying eggs every two days. Usually, eggs of duck and guinea fowl weigh 70 grams and 80 grams respectively.

Lizzie, a native of Thrikannamangal is shocked at the size of the eggs. The family has sought the help of a doctor. She has been raising chicken for 35 years.
