Hassan (Karnataka): Amid the coronavirus-induced lockdown, an Indian Army soldier is stranded at his native place in Karnataka's Hassan district, while his pregnant wife delivered a baby in Jammu and Kashmir.
MD Harish, a resident of Mavinahalli village, had come to his home on March 19 to take his mother with him so that his pregnant wife can be well-taken care of.
However, due to implementation of lockdown, he could go back to Jammu and his wife was left alone there.
After the birth of his child, Harish has requested the district administration to make an arrangement for him so that he can go back to Jammu and look after his wife and the newborn.
