What did the young lady say before the Judge?

There is a possibility that she gave a statement under CRPC 164 as said in the complaint. In most cases, the victims should not rule out the fact that they have referred to the court in their complaint.

Former minister Ramesh Jarkiholi has been directly accused in her statement.

She had apparently approached the minister to discuss about a short film after which the minister was in touch with her. She trusted him that he would provide her a government job, according to her statement.
