Bengaluru (Karnataka): The positivity rate of COVID19 is constantly increasing in Karnataka, although lockdown is imposed to break the coronavirus chain.
The coronavirus, which has been raging in the cities, has now started spreading to the villages as well.

The state reported 38,603 fresh Covid-19 cases out of the 97,236 tests conducted in the past 24 hours, showing a decline in testing over the weekend. The number of infected people is rising and the positivity rate has risen to 39.7%.

The state reported 476 deaths, including 239 from Bengaluru. The state’s daily case fatality rate stood at 1.2 %.
