Bengaluru: Three Kashmiri engineering students of a college in Bengaluru facing sedition charges were granted bail by a Hubbali court in Karnataka, a source said on Thursday.
These pupils of an engineering college, were arrested for raising pro-Pakistan slogans and posting it on social media on the first anniversary of the terrorist attack that left scores of CRPF soldiers dead at Pulwama in Kashmir.

Ashok Anavekara, President of Youth Lawyers Association expressed resentment over court's decision. "Hubli rural police did not file the charge sheet at the prescribed time which is why these students were granted bail" he said.
