Bellary: In yet another case of medical apathy, a corona positive patient in Bellary's Kudlagi town of Karnataka was forced to walk around one kilometre on foot to reach the hospital.
His reports came positive after he was tested for coronavirus following which he decided to get admitted to the hospital.
After waiting for the ambulance for hours, he lost his patience and decided to walk to the hospital. On reaching the hospital, he complained the hospital staff of negligence shown by the health workers.
Patient's family members along with locals and social activists have criticised the laxity in administration and demanded an enquiry into the matter.
