The competent authority for IMA Group has said that scam victims can now reclaim their money. The process of refunding depositors money will begin from November 25th.

Bengaluru (Karnataka): Senior IAS officer Harsh Gupta, who is the Competent Authority for IMA Group of Companies, informed depositors that online claim application software has been developed for calling claims, and the process will begin from November 25.

Speaking to ETV Bharat, Gupta said, "The depositors can get back their money by claiming it online. The process of refunding will begin on November 25th and end on December 24th. We advertised this. We have obtained the mobile number of the depositors and arranged to message and call their number."

One lakh people deposited money in IMA. A total amount of Rs 2,900 crore was obtained by defrauding depositors. Depositors have managed to recover 1500 crore and 1400 crore is yet to be returned. About Rs 425 crore was recovered after seizing movable and fixed assets, said Gupta.

Depositors, who have lost money can get more information directly at 'imaclaims.Karnataka.gov.in' and 'splocaima20@gmail.com' Or can WhatsApp to '7975568880'. People can apply online or in Bangalore One. People Who are staying abroad can apply online directly, Gupta added.
