High court grants bail to IMA scam accused Mansoor Khan

The high court has granted conditional bail to Mansoor Khan in the I Monetary Scam. The Enforcement Directorate had filed the case.

Bengaluru (Karnataka): The Karnataka High Court has granted conditional bail to the main accused Mansoor Khan in the I Monetary Advisory (IMA) scam case.

Justice Shreenivasa Harikumar granted bail to Khan by applying some strict conditions.

Chief Justice has insisted that Khan, as accused, has to attend subordinate court when it insists.

The court also made it clear that he should not destroy any evidence regarding the case. He should not interfere in the Matter of Assets until the Court's order.

The accused is also expected to visit the ED office every 15 days to sign.

The court also made it clear that Khan should not leave the set jurisdiction without the permission of the court.
