Bellary (Karnataka): A couple in Karnataka showed their gratitude to a government official in Bellary by giving his name to their baby.
Akshata from Bellary stays in Davanagere with her husband Pradeep Kumar. She came to Bellary for her delivery and tested positive for COVID. She was admitted to Bellary District COVID Hospital where she gave birth to a boy.

Deputy Commissioner S S Nakul inquired about the well-being of the couple while Akshata was discharged from the hospital after recovering from Corona. The couple, impressed by the official's care, dedication to work and simplicity, decided to name their baby after him.
Nakul expressed happiness and wished the couple and child well.
