Bengaluru: Kishore Kumar who was annoyed with a woman for asking to follow the queue in a supermarket, assaulted the girl and was later arrested by police on September 7. Acting on the complaint lodged by the young woman in MICO layout police station, the cops nabbed the accused. Actually, the incident took place on September 5 at Namadhari supermarket in Bengaluru.
In the wake of Covid-19 pandemic, limited customers were permitted inside the supermarket. As per sources, Kumar did not follow queue which angered the woman and she questioned him for skipping queue line. He attacked her mercilessly. The CCTV footage at the supermarket showed that the woman fell down after Kumar thrashed her.
