Bengaluru: The Central Crime Branch (CCB) police arrested a honey trap gang in Bengaluru who were reportedly targetting an MLA for money.
The main accused was identified as Raghavendra.
According to the sources, a girl targetted an MLA and bought him to the lodge. While at the same time the other members made a video and demanded a huge amount of money. The MLA refused to fall into the trap and registered a complaint in a CCB police station.
After investigating the case, CCB police arrested the honey trap gang.
More than 5 MLAs of Karnataka are said to be victims of the gang.
