People need not to worry about NRC, CAA: MoS Faggan Singh Kulaste

Addressing a gathering in Jharkhand's Khunti district, Union Minister of State for Steel Faggan Singh Kulaste said that people need not worry about the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and National Register of Citizens (NRC). He also said that as of now there is no discussion on implementing NRC countrywide.

Khunti (Jharkhand): Union Minister of State for Steel Faggan Singh Kulaste on Saturday attended BJP’s awareness campaign on the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) at Khunti district in Jharkhand.

Addressing a gathering here, Kulaste said that people need not worry about the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and National Register of Citizens (NRC).

"People should not be worried about NRC because as of now there is no discussion in this regard. Some people are trying to spread misinformation for political gains," Kulaste said.

Hitting out at Congress party Kulaste further said, "NRC was first introduced by Congress and it was during their regime many infiltrators came and settled in India. Therefore, NRC is to identify and weed out such infiltrators."

Intro:एंकर - एनआरसी और सीएए से संबंधित जानकारी देने राज्यमंत्री सह केंद्रीय इस्पात मंत्री फग्गन सिंह कुलस्ते खूंटी पहुंचे .... खूंटी की आम जनता को संबोधित करते हुए कहा किसी से डरने की जरूरत नहीं,इस कानून से किसी नागरिक की नागरिकता नहीं जाएगी .... कांग्रेस और वामपंथी विचारधारा वाले नेताओं पर कुलस्ते ने जमकर भड़ास निकाला और कहा ऐसे कांग्रेस के नेता कुछ नहीं कर सकते तो विरोध कर रहे है साथ ही कहा कि देश का बनाया कानून को राज्य लागू नही कर रहे वो राज्य संविधान विरोधी है .... आदिवासी बहुल जिन राज्यों में पांचवी और छठी अनुसूची लागू है उनके हक अधिकार समाप्त नहीं होंगे .... देश के बाहर अन्य पड़ोसी देशों में रहने वाले अल्पसंख्यकों और लंबे समय से अन्य देशों से आकर भारत मे बगैर नागरिकता के रहनेवाले शरणार्थियों को देश की नागरिकता दी जाएगी ... जो पूर्व से देश मे रह रहे हैं उन्हें दरनेन्की जरूरत नहीं है ... उनकी नागरिकता पूर्व में भी थी और आगे भी बरकरार रहेगी .... वहीं भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता व खूंटी के पूर्व सांसद कड़िया मुंडा ने कहा कि भारत को बनाने की जिम्मेदारी किसकी है देश की 130 करोड़ जनता की विपक्ष के लोग अपने अपने तरीके से लोगों को गुमराह करके धड़का कर विरोध करने में लगे हुए हैं ..... आदिवासियों को भगा दिया जाएगा यह भी सुनने को मिल रहा है,लेकिन ऐसी कोई बात नहीं है कोई भी किसी की नागरिकता नहीं छीन सकता .....
