Madhupur (Jharkhand): A partially decomposed body of a young boy, who was allegedly murdered over a love affair, was recovered from Madhupur in Jharkhand's Deoghar district on Tuesday. The body was buried on the shore of Mayurakshi river.
Identified as a 19-year-old student hailing from the Giridih district, the boy had left for Jogidihsaleya village, a few kilometres away from his home, on May 31 to meet his partner.
When the boy didn't return home till late at night, his family registered a missing complaint at the Madhupur police station the next morning.
The boy's partner, later confirmed that she had met him on June 1, which is when her family members attacked him and took him someplace else.

The boy has been brutally murdered, and the body was buried near the river. We will arrest the ones who are behind the crime."
